One of many complicated B to B products we’ve worked to craft simplified product stories. Users of these network infrastructure products are Google or Facebook or Verizon engineers and they don’t care for frills in editing, they just want to see the product in a clear light, isometric view, with straight up description of where ports are located. Over the years working with the Amphenol (formerly Telect) brand, we’ve crafted a lighting and framing language to making ANS stand out in a sea of vague stock video and rendering product videos from their competitors. We want their customer to see clearly they are a real company with real people and tangible products, not just renderings; so we always use authentic locations, true to the use case of the product, and always a person interacting, plugging in ports or mounting the panel in a rack.
In our on-going journey to define a style for these technical data center products, we’ve gone dark and gritty with this new fiber product video. And the custom motion graphics enhance the on screen text.
